Personality predictions are generated when Crystal analyzes publicly available information to build a best guess of someone's working style and behavioral tendencies. This allows you to understand how to communicate with someone before you ever meet them.
This will vary from business to business but on average, we see a single user needing 240 profiles/user/year. To calculate your business' annual profile needs, run this formula: (# of bulk profiles to get started) + (# of users × # of new profiles/user/year)
Your free account will be saved and available to you, even after your 5 free profile credits have been used.
Support is only provided for our Premium or Business plans. Those on our Premium plan can get email support through our support inbox. Those on our Business plan get assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager where onboarding and training comes with the package.
Yes. Monthly billing is supported for our Premium plan at $59/month and only comes with 20 profiles per month.
If you're on our Free plan, you can upgrade to our Premium plan to access more personality predictions. If you're on our Premium plan, please contact our sales team to see if our Business plan is more appropriate. If you're on our Business plan, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to understand your available options.
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan via the billing settings or by reaching out to your dedicated customer success manager. All cancellations and downgrades will take place at the end of your billing cycle.

Yes. Crystal natively integrates with popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. For home-grown or other CRMs, Crystal offers the ability to enrich via CSV files.
Our data plan delivers our personality data through our API and does not include our SaaS platform. Pricing for our data plan is dependent on the number of unique profiles you would like to enrich. For more details, please reach out to your Account Executive.
